St. John the Evangelist Catholic Women’s League celebrated its 70th Anniversary on April 30th, 2008, commencing with Mass at 7:00 p.m. for the 70th Anniversary and Feast of Our Lady of Good Counsel. The 9 members of the CWL executive assisted in the Mass with Hospitality, Lector, Eucharistic Minister, Offerings and carrying the CWL Banner, while other members participated by carrying the Cross and Candles, were in the Choir and all members were in the Procession before the Mass. full story
